Refund Policy


 There is heavy transport restrictions currently is place due to COVID-19. Medical supplies and essential items are prioritized for delivery giving all non-essential items a longer delivery time. Instead of the average 10-15 day delivery time, we are expecting packages to have a delivery time of up to 45 days, though we do not expect deliveries to take that long. These are big delays and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Refunds cannot be issued due to the longer wait times unless we can confirm that the package has been lost.

We do not allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or does not work from the factory.
